User Agreement and Privacy Policy User Agreement 1. Parties 1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) has been drawn up between Allianz Sigorta A.Ş., a joint-stock company established and existing in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, registered in the Istanbul Trade Registry with the registration number 6022/4001 and with its business center at Allianz Tower, Küçükbakkalköy Mah. Kayışdağı Cad. No.1 Ataşehir 34750 Istanbul (hereinafter referred to as “Allianz”) and the user of www.allianz.com.tr website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), regarding the User’s use of the Website and at the time of approval by the User in the electronic environment where the Website is located. 1.2. By logging into the Website, the User accepts and declares that he/she has read the entire Agreement, understood its content in its entirety and approved all its provisions. (Allianz and the User shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Parties”) 2. Definitions In this Agreement; Allianz: Allianz Sigorta A.Ş. Content: All kinds of information, files, pictures, numbers, visual, written and audio images published or accessible on the Website, User: All real and legal persons who are entitled to use civil rights and who will benefit from the Content, applications and Service on the Website by accepting the terms of the Agreement, Service: Insurance service(s) to be provided to the User by Allianz within the scope of the Website, Agreement: This User Agreement, Parties: Allianz and the User, Website: Other websites where Allianz provides insurance services, the scope of which is determined by the Agreement and which can be accessed from the www.allianz.com.tr domain name and other subdomains. 3. Subject and Scope of the Agreement 3.1. This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of Allianz and the Users in relation to the Service to be provided to the User by Allianz, which operates in the insurance sector. The User will not be able to proceed to the next steps without reading and approving the “User Agreement” and “Privacy Policy”. 3.2. By marking the “I have read and approved the User Agreement and Privacy Policy” box in the offer receiving steps by the User, the User will have authorized Allianz to submit a premium offer and direct it to the agency upon the establishment of the Agreement. Terms of Use of Service 4.1. The person who wants to receive Service through the Website cannot have the right and authority to become a User defined in this Agreement without entering the requested information. Persons who are under the age of 18 or minors, incapacitated persons and those who do not have the power of discretion can only perform transactions through their guardians or legal representatives. Otherwise, all transactions made will be invalid. 4.2. The Website can only be visited, viewed, processed for personal use and used to receive policy premium offers for lawful purposes. 4.3. The premium offers received by the user by entering their Turkish Republic identity number and vehicle license plate on the Website are final. These amounts may vary depending on the coverage changes to be made by the user and the discounts to be selected. 5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties 5.1. Rights and Obligations of Allianz 5.1.1 Allianz reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement unilaterally and at its own discretion at any time, without giving any reason and without giving any additional notice to the Users. The changes in question will enter into force on the Website and will be valid and binding for the Parties. Users are deemed to have accepted these changes by continuing to benefit from the Service on the Website. 5.1.2. Allianz is free to provide or not provide the Service, provided that there is no legal obligation, and has the right to bind the Service and Content offered on the Website to certain conditions, to temporarily suspend and/or change the Services within the scope of the Website and the Site, to stop it completely, to block access to and delete all information and Content uploaded to the system, whether it belongs to third parties or to you. Allianz may use this right without any notice and without prior notice, and Allianz has no liability for this. 5.1.3. All kinds of changes to be made in the premium offer, policy terms, prices and the application of the policy are under the responsibility and responsibility of Allianz within the framework of the legislation to which insurance companies are subject. 5.1.4 Allianz shall investigate the accuracy of the information and Content transmitted by the User to Allianz or uploaded, modified or provided by them through the Website, and shall ensure that such information and Content are correct.
